Ask for our help. Don't think you'll always be self-sufficient. There's nothing wrong with asking for help. Being able to reach Day 46 isn't an easy feat. Some people give up after like 4 days. Don't fight alone when the evil grows strong. Come back and seek help. You got people with a lot of experience. I did 72 daya before my continual PMOing.

I was so proud I didn't ask for help. I relapsed cuz of it.

Hopefully, what you're experiencing weakens, too.

I am trying to regain casual sexual urges instead of urges for a fetish. That is why I am disappointed.

@For_Peace I am at the same situation like you are I guess. You have experienced the same Flatline that I did currently. In my opinion these urges are coming every month. The first 15 days were hard for me, then I felt at day between 30 and 40 new urges.

@For_Peace The only thing what you can do is to stay strong as long as you can. Dont consume oils and protein stuff like fish,meat,chicken,pork, eggs, chickpeas adn white beans, because these things can rise up you libido.

We are recovering, this recovery process is just like this.
