    I need to get back to scratch and keep that energy in for gym, work and exploring out there, travelling and making memories. I play a lot of football too so fapping is affecting my energy levels massively

    Tough situation no doubt. You can make some night routine and rules. Like keeping your phone, laptop etc away after certain time. Not using internet for shallow entertainment. Listening to natural relaxing sounds with a sleep timer on etc.

    Like I used to speak to many girls at once before nofap but now I barely speak to one because I’m so focussed on myself and becoming independent rather than dependent on a woman. However I do get strong urges and try lowing hormones w cold
