Changes I have made that got me to 7 days: Talking with accountability partner daily Continuing to block any website or loophole I find that allows me to view pornography Got a Pavlok, wearing it and shocking myself if I find myself pursuing any artificial stimulation, like Instagram models for example Reading Doug Weiss' book Get A Grip, which has helped me take full ownership for the problem Reaffirming my commitment daily Surely I do not have a lot of credibility in this matter since I basically have the shortest streak in this thread - but maybe it will help somebody.
