Day 8 of 14 My wife sent me a long text at 1 AM ( she is still in CA), I read it she was thinking that we can not stay together.... She then called me and we talked for a little while, I keep trying to reassure her that there will be no relaps, that the man that fell in love with her is still there, but his dark side is behind him, that he is working on rewiring his brain ( according to studies that I have been reading that after 20 days with out something the brain pathways rewire themselves so Sunday will be day 21). I have not been thinking , or having urges to look on line I am staying on track to living a good life free of that part of my past. Staying strong!!!!

Day 2 pretty much complete! One weak moment on the computer: trying to remove some malware, got really tempted to look at porn...but didn’t!

I am so late to make a report today. well, it's better than not making it at all.
Normal day, but I can sense and relate to my surrounding more than the first day I started doing report like this.. I guess that is awesome, but still there is not much going on.
Yet, when I think about it, based from what I learned during my experience on those all previous relapses, that at this state of condition, even just a tiny glimpse of cue, whether external or internal cue of P will trigger my mind and I now how it end... So, Super Alert Mode on.

Feeling better than before. I had huge pile of relapsed these days. Still, I'm very determined to be in the roller coaster of the NOFAP.
