Day 1 for me.
I often have trouble after I relapse too. What usually helps me is finding a way to fill up a couple days so busy that I don't have time to think about PMO. After I get past that two day hump, I'm usually much better off. Good luck!

Well...Hoping For A Cure
After a relapse such as yours, one experiences the 'chaser effect'. It is absolutely normal with an addiction. Just try to focus on what you're missing out on by doing PMO. They are:
*enjoyable sex with an actual human being
*in my case - good health
*ability to concentrate, among other incredible benefits. The list goes on and on.
If you keep this in mind, you should be able to overcome the desire to fap. Plus you should take it easy on your self. By making the decision to overcome a bad habit, you are already a step in the right direction.
