I discovered porn in 2013. Till 8th March 2023 I kept fapping every fucking day. That's 10 years of masturbation every day. Before i started masturbating I was intelligent boy. Always A/A+(good/excellent) grades in school. Was always surrounded by girls. In fact i got 5 proposals from cute girls before discovering porn/masturbation. I think i might be around 16/17 years old I discovered porn and started Masturbating. My Thoughts were so Lustful That i Used to fap seeing pictures of my cousin sisters(now I feel guilty for it). In these 10 years i took multiple oath to never masturbate but after couple of days I was like Fuck! the oath lets fap. Every time i took a oath I broke within a couple of day or on same day. It made me loose charm. Made me weak. No friends No girlfriend just all alone I was sick of it.
On 8th march 2023 as usual i masturbated I felt extreme guilty I Looked my self in the mirror And asked myself what is the purpose of my life just to watch porn masturbate and sleep??. I am no different than an animal. I said enough is enough. I went to lord shiva temple(hindu god). Took a rudrākṣa(holy beads braclet). I took a oath to nofap for 45 days. And put that rudraksa on my hand. So, whenever i feel the urge to fap or watch porn i just look at the rudraksha and remember my oath. This helps me to control my self.


Life after 21 days of Semen Retention

It's been 21 days since I started NoFap/Semen Retention/no porn. Here are my experience So Far.

Attraction:
Yes, I am 100% convinced Semen Retention does attract not just women but people around you. Let me tell you a real world example.
So, I was at the gym doing my cardio. After few mins The most beautiful girl in gym doing her workout came just beside me and started doing cardio.Though there were 6 vacant cardio She came right beside me and started doing cardio. Just after 2 mins Another cute girl comes on my left and started doing cardio.Although there were vacant cardio 's around. I don't know if it was just due to semen retention or anything else but dude whatever it was it was crazy AF.

I have been doing workout's around 5 years Till now I never experienced such thing.

Now, I can focus on one work for a long time without getting distracted. Concentration has increased significantly. Now, I can remember things very well. Also, I sleep less and don't feel tired, Yesterday I just slept for 4 hours and entire day I was full of energy.


Confidence is on cloud 9:
Nowadays I have started cracking jokes. And the best part people around me are liking it too. Started talking to unknown people in the gym. Confidence is Insane I can feel It. Now i think i can do anything. Nothing is impossible for me. I don't stammer while speaking. I Look in to people eyes while i speak.


This is crazy I can't believe just 21 days of NoFap is nothing less than a miracle. I would extend my streak to 45 days than 90 days and than 150 days. Would be posting on 45th day i.e on 22nd of april 2023. Till stay strong my brothers You can do it.

Below is my experience after 45 days of semen retention.

Flatline:
Day 25 to 40 was a period of flatline. I felt i have no interest on sex there was almost 0 libido. But stay hard guys period after flatline bring glories.

Day 45 - today many people gave complements how good i look. People started getting influenced by me.

Benefits:
