25 year old new-comer

Hi Everyone, my name is Mike and I am 25 years old male.

I have been using porn since I was a young adolescent. It has had an extreme negative affect on my life, as well as my marriage. I have been married to my wife for a little over a year. I have always been in denial of my problem until it has affected the sex life in our marriage.

My PMO addiction made our relationship feel sexually inadequate, which is what sparked my determination to overcome this problem.

I have chosen a goal to become 100% abstinent from PMO.

I will be starting off with a 1 month challenge, and would love to be kept accountable by all fellow members. Today starts Day 1 of that challenge.

For anyone in a similar situation, I would love to connect for tips, advice, and anything that has worked for you all.
