3 days with no porn, fail on day 4, but no more interested in extreme stuff

    After 3 days of no porn I failed and did PMO. But what I have noticed is that when I did, I was not interested in as extreme stuff as usually. Like if 3 days were enough to get rid of unwanted fetishes. Now I am starting again to count days. I want to get rid of all porn of course. But even if I fail sometimes, but fighting the addiction, it is better than watching porn everyday.

    your tastes changing is a sign of great progress, it's not all about the "days". 1000 days are irrelevant if you crave the same things
