AJ here, been having an issue of binging since my last long streak and I’m here to break that cycle, Day 1/30. We all got this, let’s stop being slaves to our desires and dopamine chasers.
Almost made it 10 days, but relapsed again. Pretty disappointed in myself, I felt like I was doing pretty good. Part of the problem is I had a few drinks which often leads to poor judgement for me. Will do better this time. Starting over at Day 0.
