Hi, guys I had been masturbating and watching porn since last 10 years... now I am addicted to it, Now I am struggling with anxiety and depression. I need to stop this habit or else I will loose my self. I will complete this 30 days challenge...

No I don’t, it’s something that I’ve thought about trying for a couple years now and it’s even been added to my bucket list, for more reasons than simply quitting PMO. I just haven’t really given it a go because I don’t know where to start. I’ve made an attempt once or twice while listening to soothing sounds but I couldn’t fully clear my mind and I was also interrupted. So I haven’t had much luck in my attempts.
No I don’t keep a journal, neither on this forum nor in person. Are they truly effective though? Ive seen it mentioned here and there, to me or to others, but are they actually worth keeping?

They're definitely an effective support, for many people anyway (it seems to be a high % of those on here with huge streaks have journals). The primary function, for myself anyway, is that I have my reasons written down: why I want to quit porn, and making occasional notes of my triggers / helpful notes. Great to review to stay motivated and stay clean, having them in one place.
Everyone else who has a journal - what do you use your journal for?
As for meditation, I have done it on and off - I'm a total noob, and just use Spotify and podcasts (some links below). If you search for "guided meditation", find something you like, or alternate amongst them. Examples of different types include:
- body scan
- "happy place" (where you imagine yourself on a pristine beach etc)
- sympathetic joy/loving kindness meditation

I'm new on this forum. I recently discovered the many benefits of NoFap and decided to change my life. It's very nice to see that there is a whole community behind this!
I'm on day 10 now, but the struggle is real. I have ADHD/ADD, which causes my head/mind to be very active. I notice that I cant really control the sex related thoughts.. they just keep coming.
I'm also chatting with women, even the pretty ugly ones, on a sex dating site.. I'm not sure if that's something I should do.. after all, it's not fapping. What do you guys think?
