El lunes fallé un poco pero el resto de la semana ya estuvo muy bien gracias a Dios.

Tchah. Pretty disgusted with myself. Back to Day 0 again. No P, no real triggers or urges at all, just couldn't stop myself. After that 3-day baby streak you can bet I want another high count next time.

Day 0 starting today. Hoping that I can have a perfect day filled with meditation, getting thing done on my to do list, homework, cold shower, eating healthy, and of course staying away from porn and very short time allowed for technology. No social media. Pls god help me on this journey
