Creating a new habbit (no reading news that makes me feel additional stress that is not needed in my life) for one month: day 2/30.
It's difficult to get the ship out of port. I have messed up the two basic rules: 1. Don't look at triggering stuff, 2. Don't touch yourself, and I would add a 3rd, Don't take your phone to bed. When I ignore any of these I will 90% of the time fail. This is just me not being fully committed. I am also reading a good book right now about addiction that is helping me look more closely at the feelings that contribute to the addiction. Back soon.
