It's been a week! I haven't made it a full week in so long and it feels great to still be going strong! Day 8/30 here we go
I missed my check in last night but I had no issues. I Feel like the first few days are rough but once you build momentum it gets better. All is well. Day 4/30
Day 17/30 well, guess I'm officially in the second half of this challenge. looking forward to reaching the 30th day
Finished 21 Day challenge! Moving onto the 30 day challenge now! This is going to be the toughest challenge since this is when I fall the most. Will post here everyday!

Day 4 of 30. Feels like temptations & urges are calming down yesterday and today after a 46 day relapse... I’ve set reminders on my phone every hour to practice relaxing diaphragm breathing, 10 intentional breaths is very helpful in lowering anxiety.
Day 1 of 30. I spoke with someone today about my recent relapse and it was helpful to get it out. I also went to the gym and had a decent workout. I'm feeling hopeful for this challenge.
