32 days nofab / hardmode

hello everyone my name is Christian. And I have been fabbing for as long as I can remember. Am 24 years old. During New Year’s Eve last year I made a decision to go a year without fabbing. I just conquered the first month, I wanted to post on here, as an encouragement to myself. I can do this..
BENEFITS I noticed so far.
FOCUS: I feel like I can take on life now.. I don’t have tunnel vision anymore. Am not easily distracted.
ENERGY: I feel so strong, I woke up one morning and started doing push-ups for fun. It was crazy.
HAIR GROWTH: I know most of you on this site might be skeptical, when it comes to the issue of hair-loss and M . I assure you that I had no facial hair before I started my nofab journey. Now I can touch my face and feel the thickness of the beard. It’s amazing.
ATTRACTION: I know am good looking, girls have been chasing me all my life. But This is different. I catch kids, girls, boys, men, old people literally steering at me.. the worst part is when I give them the ,I know you are steering at me face.. that’s when they start looking even more.
CONFIDENCE LEVEL: am extremely shy. Very anti social, am introverted. this days I am discovering that, I might’ve judged myself wrongly. I am not so shy anymore. porn made me feel shame inside, I could not be who I am. You cannot have confidence after watching a guys asshole getting licked.
