I remember when I thought it was just impossible. I need to be honest, I've been looking at P for the last couple of weeks, and it seems that I've lost interest. That's a very interesting subject. I really believe in al the benefits of semen retention. I've only ejaculated around four times the last six months( only through wet dreams and not "full" ejaculations, more like seminal fluid). I'm also in hard mode, so no sex whatsoever for me

 

Congratulations on those 83 days. I still experience flatlining from time to time, but is not as bad as the beggining. That's a good sign though, it means you are recovering. Just hang in there buddy
