Day 1 check in
Day 1 for Me
Day 4/7 complete.
Day 7 begins. So far so good!
On day 6 now so almost at the end now I know today will be the hardest but I'm determined to complete this week.
If it helps anyone struggling as Friday and Saturday are usually difficult days for me I spent all night with friends from work as we usually go the pub but I usually go after a drink but I stayed and went for food as well,
then instead of doing anything online I read a book when I got back home before going to sleep which is what I usually do during the week but by not being online the temptation wasn't there as much (I also left my phone and tablet downstairs).
I've decided to do these 12 weeks in 1 week cycles to lessen the impact of "the counter obsession".
Day 2 completed. Day3 started happily.
If I make it through the night I will have passed the challenge. I will then move on to the 14 day challenge. I m not sure if I should start my count at 1 or 8!
