man yesterday was full of frustration and feeling like jacking off yet i didn't. Starting today day 2/7.

 

felt good seeing someone who started almost with me.

 

man if i can do it then you can too. Believe in yourself.

Yup, that’s right day 2/7 completes and feeling good. Letting temptation flow in and back out of my mind without paying attention the way I have been recently. Looking forward to tomorrow. Stay strong brothers!
