Day 2 some urges today, I really need to find a good program for time management and keeping track of daily tasks and doing them. I'm a horrible procrastinator and easily bored, and it just kills me inside.
Deleting Youtube app off of my phone, I watch a lot of content, hopefully it will motivate me to detox and find better use for the time.
I've relapsed and binged (on M with very little P) multiple times, after reaching more than 7 weeks of no PMO a couple of weeks ago. Now, I have to try for 7 days and then see where I am. Feels awful right now, but I'm determined to get it together again.

I keep a spreadsheet of my "program," the things I want to do each day as markers of healthy living. I started a new one when I joined the site and I set it out to 7 days to correspond to this challenge. Visualizing the remaining spots to complete this challenge was a real motivator today.
Keep it up everyone, reach out when it gets hard! Get it out in the light!

Have previously had a personal best of 8 days but seeing as how I'm new to the site, I'm willing to take this challenge head on!

I had alot to study in the past week but, I Did It

Am actually at day 1 (overall) , but the challenge says you need to start at day zero, so day zero it is.
