The hard part : weekends temptation , passed.
Day 3 ends. 984 days to go
day 1 checking in!
Starting day one!
Day 7 in this challenge.
Day 1 is done (again)
End of day 0 for me.
This is my first time ever!!! I am choosing to do this 7 days. It seems doable. I was a bit overwhelmed yet I felt encouraged to see that some people are doing a 500-day challenge!!! For now, I hope to start small but keep it consistent.
Day 2 - in the bag.
Relapsed yesterday on day 8, I wanna get back there. Count me in!
Quite honestly don't know if I will get through today. Wish me luck.
Day 1 today, got back home, immediately had the urge to open up the com and click away, but stepped back and clicked the panic button instead. Urges slowly went down, self discipline, self-love, confidence and willpower. Let's go!
Day 1 in the books now. I know why I slipped up on the weekend -- I didn't follow through with my self-care plan.
Let's do it right this time.
Let's keep going
Day 4 today and doing better than I thought. Same as some other members here and starting to get sexual dreams now
Day 1 just went from being average to incredible! I just took a two-hour bike ride. It was AWESOME! I forgot just how much I love riding at night. I felt so good I even went looking for extra hills. Who needs PMO?
Todady at 17:20 it will be my 4th day. I managed more, but the last time I relapsed it was really hard to restart.
As soon as I complete 7 days I will move on to the 14 day challenge.
And maybe continue from there. Keeping a daily record.
Day 1, should I write everyday comment or just log in?
Hi guys, it's been some days since I last posted.
I have not PM for 14 days already, but had 3 O, as I had sex.
I still can tell the differences:
1. My voice is stronger
2. My muscles feel stronger
3. My emotional state, feels stronger, less anxious
4. Women seem to smile more at me.
So, is it worth to stop PMOing, yes it is.
I feel writing a post everyday keeps you more involved and connected with others who have the same goal, that in and of itself will help to keep you motivated.
