[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Because I relapsed after 6:00 AM yesterday, I will still count myself as having Day 0 of 7 completed, although I didn't relapse after that.

 

Day 0/7 - reset for me. Downside is I keep struggling after 3-4 days. Upside is twice a week is a lot less often than before!

I guess I might feel kind of optimistic haven't I been here before...?

There's no Day 3... yet... Let's just focus on the present for once

I have finally completed my 7 day challenge . Today, I was feeled with excitement than of urges. So, it is time to move on to 14 day challenge. But, for the guys who are relapsing and cannot complete the challenge, I say that You can. You can actually quit porn. But it needs a lot of will power. Whenever you feel urge, think about why you decided to quit. Think about how strong your decision is. Your choice, is your power. I hope that everyone makes it to the challenge. All the best!
Moving on to 14 day challenge

 

This is day 2. So far so good. Not as many thoughts running through my mind as yesterday.

don't give up.get back on the horse.its hard but we can all do this. Just remind yourself that you don't want to fap its our addicted brains that are fighting to get their fix but we can control them.

 

It is my day 0 in this challenge! It is not easy for me after 10 years of fapping, but I will try to do it!

 

Had some atrong urges today but i managed to overcome them and complete day 4.On to day 5.It feels good to beat the urges when they hit. Lets keep fighting this good fight.

Day 3/7 completed. Today I changed my counter from no PMO to no PM, which is what I actually want to count. My love to my wife is so much stronger after six days of no PM. This is really feeling great - my whole life is already much healthier. Oh, one more thing: my eyes! I am not freaking tired in my eyes anymore.
