    I heard hypnotist helped people to overcome there smoke addiction will the same work on pmo addiction. If it worked then the addiction won't be so hard

    Well I am powerless over my addiction .
    A battle to which I failed in my entire life . It affected my life so badly so yes I am powerless

    Try this, I mean I can sense great helplessness in your questions, I hope you find a place of self-help one day where you empower yourself to make the changes you want:



    Psychiatrists/psychologists and hypnotists generally want money, and alot of it.

    They get paid if you don't change.

    Thanks for your help man. You can't imagine my life.i created a lot of issues in my family because of my addiction and mood swings. I my family not yet have clue that i am a porn addict I am sure it will break her heart. She is a loving and caring mother.so I really couldn't do anything over my addiction.

    So you need to figure out ways to address these things. Addiction will worsen them. Do you feel that you do not have power over the choices you make?
