A Nervous Start

    I have tried to do this alone, I have constantly told myself I am going to stop and I need to stop. However, it just continues to rule my life. I 'can't' sleep because I need to masturbate, I 'can't' do a lot of normal functions because I am overcome by this addiction. It is hindering relationships in my life, and I have joined this community to overcome it and beat this addiction.

    I thought I was strong but it turns out I'm weak, but I am willing to do this, I am going to do this.

    Day one, here we go.
