    since the last two weeks i have started taking nofap more seriously than normal.
    earlier i used to be on nofap and binge and masturbate knowing that it would make me drowsy and reduce my day's productivity,because earlier i did have goals and things to focus on but did not have a VENT.
    All of us need something into which we can devote our unfinished energies and feel better when the process is done,i did not have that,unfortunately PMO took it's place and i got addicted pretty quick because it takes no effort literally..... nothing and rewards a lot for a about done next to nothing.
    2 weeks back i started to run on a treadmill just to check my stamina and had discovered that it was pretty low,back then i could not even go 5 mins.so i started working on it.
    now all of us know that building stamina requires a lot of things that come prior to just RUNNING it requires discipline,commitment and we need to be on the watch for being slack.
    i started eating healthy (more fruits and veggies instead of carbs),so as to cut my belly fat,stopped masturbating so to increase the motivational drive,i am trying to cut out porn completely coz i know it can cause wet dreams and reduce transmutation.
    i started positive affirmations so as to increase my will power,and it certainly has.
    earlier it was difficult for me to make it past day 5 sometimes even 2 days seemed work.
    now it's different.i have motivation to continue and most importantly, TO NOT STOP.
    EXERCISING HAS DONE WONDERS,IT WAS SOMETHING THAT I HAVE BEEN NEGLECTING FOR A LONG TIME. and i'm not talking about hardcore workouts and heavy lifting,i'm talking about running or walking for that matter.
    my current goal is to make it to 21 weeks peeking seems to be something that i've got to cut off.
    also i am planning to go on a dopamine detox from today,i can feel the cravings to open up reddit and check things like people's posts on different forums.
    rather than just quitting pmo i am trying to make it more about self improvement and not addiction.
