So I had a wet dream early morning. It was pornographic, and I knew it wasn't real and I kicked out of it and woke up. I know that it's alright to orgasm during a wet dream during reboot as it's completely natural, but what about times like these when I'm partially conscious of it. I mean I'm still asleep, but a deep part of me tells me it isn't real. Is it alright to give in, as I'm not touching myself in any way? Or should I try to force the thought to kick out whenever I'm even remotely aware?

The point of your entire journey is "semen retention", i.e. to conserve the sperm supply your body has at any point in time. The other goals to quit porn and masturbation are essentially implications of that goal, since both activities lead to the attainence of an orgasm and ejac and consequently deplete the supply of sperm in your body. ALL the benefits of nofap occur only when sperm has accumulated to the extent that it is recycled (when so much becomes stored) and is used to nourish your brain. Do not fret over wet dreams. When you do so, you're really focused on the blame factor, i.e. whether ir not your really were responsible for that orgasm. The truth is a bit bitter here.
You see, although nofap agrees you can keep your counter unchanged in the case of a wet dream, your body finds it impossible to agree with that. Your biological counter becomes different from your nofap counter. For your body, an orgasm has occurred and sperm has been lost. That's all to it. But nofap has to take into account your determination as well. Think about it. If nofap says all of a sudden that wet dreams are relapses, no fucking person is gonna want to even do it in the first place, since they never know when they might relapse because of a wet dream. Nofap would die out, to the utter disservice of its own members. But that's just a sacrifice nofap has (sensibly) made to keep its people encouraged.
In the core of it however, every wet dream is a biological relapse. Like it or not, it is a relapse for your body. Basically, just think this: less sperm = relapse. The cause of less sperm is immaterial for all purposes considered.
Keeping that in mind, there are a lot of things you can do to avoid wet dreams to a VERY VERY high degree of certainty:
    1. Always urinate right before bed, no matter if you really need to or not.
    2. Don't drink a lot of water before bed. Limit it to 250 mL max.
    3. Don't drink warm milk before bed. I say avoid it altogether.
    4. Right before bed, run a good amount of cold water over your genitals, specifically your testes. That will soothe their nerves and decrease the chances of a wet dream, VERY significantly.

I've been doing 1, 2 and 4 for 35 days for a 100% success rate so far. Considering all my other streaks gave me wet dreams almost regularly at around days 7 and 10, i can personally vouch for their effectiveness.
At last, i just want to tell you this: wet dream or not, 90% of the battle is during your waking hours, so even if you do get one, don't worry about resetting your counter. U wanna do it? Sure then! Hit reset with honour. U don't wanna feel like you wasted an entire streak? By ALL means, do not hit reset, but remember- your body isn't there yet. Keep this in mind when expecting "superpowers". They'll be delayed by just those many days. But in my opinion, if you can achieve 30+ days of nofap without a wet dream, there is no sense in hitting reset for a wet dream, even if it does happen after that. After all, you did last that long on your own consciousness! Anyways bro, i hope this helped. You take care :D

Thanks man, that makes total sense :). Will try and fight it if I were even partially aware. The reason I started noFap is for my PIED problems. My goal is to reboot as soon as possible.
