Abstinence and running pe sport in general

    When I practice abstinence I have very much energy, when I make sport. Why?
     
  2. Several reasons.

    For example…

    When you stop fapping, you spend less time staying awake at night, and so you get better quality sleep.

    Your brain starts to heal, so each night when you sleep, it spends less energy trying to heal the damage (porn creates actual physical damage) and more energy healing the rest of your body.

    You have less social anxiety and other addiction-related issues, so you spend less energy on fear and on planning your next session, leaving more energy available for your muscles.

    Did you know that your brain uses roughly 25% of your body's energy needs? When you heal your brain, both physically and psychologically, you need less overall energy!

    There are other reasons, of course.

    Your testosterone increase as you abstain. When the semen is reabsorbed in the testes, it will nourish the muscle and bone.
