I'm in. I'm on day 6 but my goal is to make it through november.

Yeah, I'm only 45 days in on my recovery... It's the longest I've ever gone since I slipped into PMO at the age of 11, not even knowing what it was :/. I decided to get up off my ass the morning of September 16, and knew I had a clear issue. I did encounter some brain fog in late September, and early October, but it gets easier and easier as you go! I also find too that exercise and cleaning up your diet helps a lot along the way as well
