Day 1 checking in Had a relapse yesterday. But this is a minor setback at the start of my journey, I accomplished so much this 30 + days. I woke up with lots of energy and vigor. Going again stronger. My fault was I got cocky with the day 31, and slacked, but won't let it happen again. a minor set back not a defeat. looking forward to a porn free week.

day 1/90 checking in. day 1/31 (this is where i fell due to overconfidence i will keep until i surpass it. i wont forget!) my first 24 hours have passed for the upwards climb again i am pretty eager to reach and surpass where i fell. this is my journey of growth.
