Do vegans want to give people the choice to become vegan though? Or do they literally want to take away peoples rights and force veganism upon them?

Do vegans want to give people the choice to not be murderers? Or do they literally want to take away peoples right to murder and force veganism upon them?
Murdering is not a right, therefore if capable, rest assured they would force it.

    I mean, that's their mindset.

Thankfully for the rest of the people most, not all of them though, are a mob of spineless deluded backhanded virtue signalling powerless invidivuals.

  4. I would force people to become vegan, or use majority rule. There should be no choice to enslave animals.

Just saw @SickSicko's post. Basically what he said.

I think this is the reason why vegans do get hated on by some people.

I don't really care tbh, and even you saying that you would force people to become vegan, if someone was trying to force me to become vegan, I wouldn't hate or even dislike the person for this. I do understand the reasoning behind it. But it does anger some people enough to dislike someone who is trying to enforce this on them.

It's just I will hear vegans complain about how they are discriminated against etc. But the thing is they are literally trying to enforce something on other people. So do you not get why they get discriminated against?

Like if a certain religious group was trying to enforce a certain religion on people you would understand why they would get discriminated against. To that religious group believing in their ideology is the most important thing there is. Yet you would still understand why a religious group like this gets discriminated against when they try to force their ideology onto other people.

Yet vegans who try to force veganism onto other people complain when people discriminate against them?

  6. People are entitled to anger, but I'm not going to stop being honest about my beliefs just because they upset people.
No I get why. I just don't think it's justified.
Sure, forcing people to worship a certain god is the exact same as forcing people to not drown baby chicks in buckets of water because they were born male. Very fair comparison.
I haven't tried to force anything on anyone yet, nor would I be able to in this day and age. Also I'm not even the one who makes threads on a porn recovery forum asking people to become vegan.

Just be glad you're dealing with me and not that @justname guy who was saying "humans deserved COVID." I think he finally got banned btw lol. Nvm just suspended. Well I namedropped him so have fun with the chaos that will ensue in this thread. PEACE!

Well I mean would you leave someone out who wasn't vegan for example? Maybe not treat someone in a civilised manor who was non vegan?

I'm not saying you do this, but I have heard of some vegans who will refuse to be friends with someone who is non vegan, who will refuse to associate with someone who is non vegan. They basically won't be as friendly and civilised to non vegans. I have heard them say well why would I be friends and associate with murderers, or people who think murder and torture is justified?

I'm just trying to make you understand why some people might not like vegans if they have this thinking towards them, and treat non vegans as much less than vegans, and it shows from the way they speak to non vegans and treat non vegans etc.

Btw I am not saying every vegan acts this way. But some do.

Forcing is forcing though. It may not be exactly fair, from the vegan morals point of view, even from mine, but forcing is forcing.

Yeah I like you, you may be a dirty flowereater but you can have a debate and be reasonable, you are a rare gem mr @FellatiousD

    No! Nooo!

  9. All societies must have rules that are enforced. The only difference is which rules we decide on.
Thanks man, same with u. No homo, of course.

Well in reality It's actually quite the opposite.

I think we should drastically use less animal products so that the farms that do produce animal products can actually be somewhat enjoyable for the animals. I do not think that lab meat or meat substitutes are the way to go since they are full of industrial stuff that is not natural. I mean you can not make a burger patty straight from beans on you own - at least the way that beyond meat etc make. You can make tasty bean burger patties tho!

Limiting animal protein to like 3-4 days a week for everyone would make a big difference - if one can go for less, the better. I think that no one not vegan is likely to stop eating meat etc from other peoples forcing them. We consume way too much animal products as well as junk food and snacks. Decreasing use of all of them would help the fight against pollution and diseases.

I also do think that cutting down animal proteins and fats is healthy for the human body. I have been vegan once, but I was too lazy to learn tasty vegan food so I ended up buying a lot of vegan junk food which is not any healthier. There is a lot of vegan recipes if one is ready to search different cultures for them, and they are almost always healthy (complete proteins and fiber).

Not a big fan of enforcement, you are not completely wrong though.

Well in reality both sides spit hate, been in both sides, received hate in both, gave hate in both.

I don't actually hate anyone. I understand the reasons why a lot of vegans preach etc and somewhat try to get everyone to convert to veganism. I even understand why some vegans get angry at someone who eats animal products, uses animal products etc.

The bit I don't understand is when a vegan complains they get discriminated against, hated on, when they are spitting this level of hate on non vegans.

That's the part that doesn't make sense to me. You can't go about spitting hate like this on others and then complain when they don't like you.

I was vegan for 8 months.
Possibly carbs and wheat are even worst than meat, but i'll not delve into that.

Years of experimentation brought me to the thought that the human being is actually fructarian, but obviously this is so hard to implement such diet in this society.

Food is basically a toxic dependence, like a drug.

    killing is not always bad

killing an innocent person is bad
killing a serial murderer is not bad

killing an animal for no reason is bad
killing an animal for food supply is not bad

animals also kill other animals for food supply, it's not a pleasant sight but it is normal

some vegans say "even if it is normal, we have the ability to not eat meat", just because we can, doesn't mean we should. I can force myself to walk to my job to not use gas, which would be better for the planet, doesn"t mean i have to do so. I can eat 2 meals aday instead of 3, to save resources of the planet, doesn't mean I have to do so. Eating meat is normal, I wont stop just because a moralist says it's wrong.

That meat industry is totally crazy and completely out of hand is pretty sure.

I'm not otally against eating animals, but i'm surely against intensive breeding.

I'm not talking about vegans who are civil to everyone. Who don't want to force veganism on non vegans. Who want to give people the choice, and don't want to make veganism law.

But trying to force things on people will naturally get hate. This is what a lot of vegans don't seem to understand. Many vegans admit if they had the choice they would make veganism law.

So that sort of mindset, willingly going along with that level of enforcement will naturally get a lot of hate from a lot of people. But then also as I said, a lot of vegans treat non vegans like crap, and treat them as less, because they are non vegan.

But as I said the most shocking part to all of this is when some vegans that behave this way are shocked when non vegans don't like them.

You hear some vegans say they get discriminated against.

But the thing is, when you try to force an ideology on someone, or treat someone like crap, don't be fucking surprised when that person doesn't like you.

Well they have been for as far back as humanity goes. Maybe over the last 100 years a small percentage of humanity has decided animals should no longer be food.
