    Hey everyone.... Now porn is something which is fake and we are addicted to it... I will not say much... But share some tips -
    1) To kill a poison...you need to take another poison bcz poison kills poison.
    I mean that to say that for leaving the addiction of porn and masturbation.... U need other addiction to conquer it...and that addiction should be more simpler than the addiction of porn...so thats ur choice...
    For my case i used the games like PUBG mobile, Cod Black Ops, Csgo...etc
    So by doing this, i didn't get much time to watch porn as i watched the tutorials to master myself in these games... This way i was leaving porn and learning gaming skills also...
    And as u know, time flies, u just need to control urself for the first 2 months, and after that ur body controls itself...
    And yes, on top of that, u need a lot of mental strength and desire to leave it...

    I think you can be ‘addicted’ to self-improvement. Lets be honest, there are some things you can do that are better then video games.
