    Changing for Good by James O Prochaska. Helped me stop drinking and smoking and now PMO and I swear by the system of change it advocates.

    "The brain that changes itself"
    Not so much about how to change but more positive knowledge about the brains ability to change for the better, wich can give you hope if you are dealing with an addiction

    You could read books by Andrea Dworkin, that's what I'm doing. I've heard that "Pornland: How Porn Has Hijacked Our Sexuality" by Gail Dines is pretty good, but I haven't read it yet.
