So right now I'm currently in class and brain is FRIED from being in class all day and trying to write a paper and having to take a quiz. I've noticed the before if I was in a situation like this I would go and MO and get back to work and be really calmed and kinda dragging. Right now I'm struggling for energy to make it through but the urges have kicked in. I'm finding myself doing the 5 finger countdown a lot right now. (5...4...3...2...1 until the urge goes away) I'm not sure if other college NoFappers expierence this or what but it's definitely one of those times where I'm trying to stay strong because I know when I come out on top, I can look back let this be encouragement!

You got this bro! Fight through stay calm enough to fight through your urges and do whatever you have to do but also keep yourself pumped up and finish strong however way you have to. I hope to see you type and say I stayed strong and didn't give in!

I used to do it when i was in college too. Pmo to calm myself. Yes it worked at first, but it's temporary. Later it stopped working, worse than that, it even increased my anxiety. This is exactly an addiction works, slowly pull us in the deception, and makes us dependent to it, then slowly kills us: memory loss, concentration loss, cloudy thinking...
