Coming back after 4 months I deleted NoFap account

  1. Hi everyone! How are you all doing?

    I cameback to NoFap today so that I can retry myself to quit masturbation and porn again. My original username used to be darkzero_lord and I deleted NoFap and never cameback here for 4 months because I couldn’t control to stop myself masturbating every time I wanted to go back to watch porn videos and webcam porn. As I got used to porn, I moved on to cam to cam sex as I wanted to do cam sex with a girls I interact on Instagram as I see Filipina girl and other women selling their content like nude pictures, sex videos, and facetime sex and that’s is why I couldn’t control myself to stop masturbating as I wanting to have sex with womens I wanted to have sex with. As my new username is Astrolord, I will try again to stop and quit masturbation and porn so that I can reboot my brain as porn and masturbation has ruined my brain and that is why I keep saying “I don’t know”. I been started to masturbation 4 years ago but now I will try again as long I don’t keep googling words like sex, porn, and milfs as I like older womens even though having sex with older women would make me feel good and also not to keep pulling my pants down if I wanted to masturbate to porn or another women on cam that I met on social medias. I will try to stop pulling my pants down by not going to the internet to watch porn and also not pay women for facetime sex as well (if I’m in the bathroom, I should not be masturbating), sleep better as I need to put my phone away as my phone is out of control, eat well, enjoy activities I like, and exercise. I will start my journey again on January 1st, 2022! Also to mention, I will use screen time on my iPhone to block porn sites as well!

  2. Day 1: As it’s new years! I will get about 7-9 hour sleep every night, exercise for 1 hour only depending on your weight if your normal, overweight, or obesity, eat well, and not spend my phone at 11pm to 12am. I hope I can stay away again as long I don’t pull my pants down again just because I don’t know how to control myself and my behavior. The process is starting!
     
  3. Day 2: Went for a 30 minute exercise, been eating good, and no PMO today!

    Keep it up, remember why you started, and never give up. Even if you get knocked down, just keep moving forward.

    I will move on without PMO and anything sexual so that I can reboot my brain and move on to a better life without PMO! If I had sex with my girlfriend, that’s ok.

    Same regime here. So far 30 hours on fap. I would add: going to sleep at 11 PM to the list.

    Had a good exercise for 1 hour, eating well, doing activities I like at home like video games and apps on my phone. Need to keep my phone off every night to sleep well for 7-9 hours.

    No masturbation, had to get used to sleeping well by not using my phone too much, went for a 40 minute exercise, and enjoying activities at home!

    Need to sleep well so I don’t feel fatigue and tired, 50 minute exercise, and eating well and slow!

    I eat slow for 20 minutes and this should help me to avoid PMO. Need to eat very well!

    Went for a 40 minute exercise, eating well, and need to stop getting tired as I feel the fatigue and need to eat or exercise more to prevent fatigue.

    No PMO, no naps, eating 4 meals a day to keep me awake, and 1 hour exercise!
