Confused as to wether this is a Flatline...

Hi all, my current streak is somewhere in the days of 25-30. I have a counter app but I refuse to check as I feel it would be best to focus on other things.

Obviously the first couple of weeks were whatever but then from days 18-23/24 I started feeling great, confident, happy, feeling like I can accomplish anything, etc. Then one night a few days ago, I lost any benefits I had gained and a ton of anxiety came over me. I’m confused as to wether this is a flatline or not. Here are my symptoms.

Loneliness
Depression
Anxiety
Worthlessness
Self hatred
Suicidal thoughts
No motivation
Brain fog
OCD became worse
Wondering if NoFap is worth it
Feeling confused
Feeling lost

I’m not sure if I have no Libido. It’s like I can still feel some sort of sex drive in me...I really don’t know how to describe it. And I guess you could say my dick is dead but I still don’t know. I’m

Hi SkateDamian! I've had alot of ups and downs so far. I have completed 21 days and now on day 22. I'm sure that everyone's days can be different. Someones day 20 can be different than my day 20, etc. But it could be just a temporary mood thing. Or it could be some things coming up that I need to look at more closely, seek some kind of help with, be it a book, a guided meditation, a youtube channel, a friend, etc.

Whatever we do lets just not return to PMO today no matter what! The highs and the lows and the flat-lines will all pass and cycle through until I guess some sort of balance is gradually reached over time.
