Cured but now ED again

    Hi all,

    I finally managed to have sex again after 117 days on nofap and have managed to do this until day 130. During some of these days me and my girlfriend would have sex 2-3 times in one day.

    But now on day 132 I can't keep an erection at all! I thought I was over this! I still haven't watched porn or masturbated to orgasm so I don't understand.

    Has anyone been through similar?

    Maybe you're having other problems with your mental or physical health? Or maybe there's too much stress in your life at the moment. There's not enough information to tell.

    I believe physically, its been 3 years since I've been suffering from ED.

    I have done nofap for 132 days now.
    I've ruled out every physically cause except for doing a penile dipper, which would determine blood flow issues.
