Today I will not watching porn (day 3) because I will channel that energy into relationships and activities that will help me in my REAL life. I will not watch porn because not doing so will help me to look outwards and to develop more fulfilling relationships and connections in the real world.

Sure it's hot and even sexy but that's just lust talking, it's not beautiful to parade around your ass and tits and demand male attention that is just vanity. Today I will not use P or M because I did not yesterday, and it was so easy. All of the reasons I have for abstaining still apply and I am not going to be weak or stupid.

 

Some advice for a successful recovery: try not to place blame on the women you have used as P and P-subs and to instead accept your own responsibility for that behaviour. It is so enpowering to realise that your actions are your own responsibility, and that you have the ability to decide to stop making the same mistakes. Abstaining from PMO does not require you to hate or blame women.

That's really True, end of the day it is my choice to Google these women and if I can have the self control to abstain from them then I'm riding high. I guess I just needed an avenue to shift some of the guilt and shame that I feel after watching porn
