Today I'll not PMO because it sucks.

 

Today I will not use porn because it something I just don't need. It is a waste of time and something that looks great at first but afterwards you realise the ugly truth and it is just a fat lie. Why endorse a lie.

 

Today I will not use porn because I'm focusing on other things in life now.

 

I will not PMO today because deep down I know I deserve to be happy.

 

Today, no pmo, because i feel myself becoming more relaxed and healthier.
