I think it would help if you told us more about you, your story and such. What are your struggles when did this problem start in your life ect. Why are you quitting? Who are you and who do you want to be?
This is where I started, I was completely honest with my embarrassing and shameful addiction and have never shared it with a soul - being able to tell someone without being judged, and also have people who were suffering from the same stuff was the best start that I needed to get going. Look around the forum, you will see that we have all gone down the dark rabbit hole of fucked up porn or just been consumed and manipulated by porn in general, and you are not alone. Welcome!
