Day 10 of nofap

    Hi guys today its my 10th day of nofap. Yesterday i've noticed some small, white hair growing on my forehead (temples). Is it already regrowing? Should i shave it? I think the main reason behind my premature hair loss is masturbation. It started when i began to masturbate. Then i also go acne etc. Btw im 16. Has anyone experienced something like that? Please share your stories.

    Sorry to hear you’re losing your hair so young, that’s really unfortunate but anyone who tells you hair loss and masturbation/porn are connected is lying to you.

    There are so many good reasons to give up watching pornography and I’m certainly not here to discourage anyone but hair loss is a simply a genetic problem. If you think otherwise that’s fine but as far as I can tell any link between hair loss and masturbation is pseudoscience at best.

    I think its actually regrowing, every day i can see more babyhair and its just 12 days since I've started

    I think i may have low testosterone. I've nevet had a wet dream, I'm skinny and cant grow my beard
