I accept and admit that I have a pornography addiction

It is too the point for the past year that I have been choosing porn over real sex
my relationship with my girlfriend is suffering and now my self esteem is taking a hit.
My bookmarks page on my browser is quite possibly 90 percent porn.

If anyone has anything that worked for them as a replacement please share. I know a lot of my addiction comes in the form as a stress releiver as I work and go to school full time.

Either way today is day zero as I had already fapped. Hopefully by the end of tomorow I can have a successful day 1

yeah, exactly like that. I'm finding it really helpful. It connects you with people who have been in worse shape, worse addictions, crazier behaviour, who have recovered and will not judge you. They will help you recover and stay clean. It gives you a place to get rid of your shame and guilt. It holds you accountable.
I couldn't do it on my own. I tried a bunch of times and it didn't work. Since getting involved in 12 step I feel like, for the first time, beating this addiction is actually possible.

These are slightly different versions of the group. Probably a meeting near you. Make the call/email. Get connected.

If the relationship is bad, get out. I was in a bad one for a few years and didnt realise until i got out if it and met a new girl.

Also change your lifestyle. Its not good enough to simply abstain. Make yourself busier. Exercise more. Socialise more. Work more. Fill your time and you'll find your lust for porn naturally goes away.

Carbon has the right idea. NoFap is about support and encouragement. But 12 steps help to change how we see things. Multi prong approach is best. I was a member of SAA for years. The old saying “one addict helping another is without parallel “ is very true. I learn how to live life by meeting, working on myself and helping others.
But NO program will KEEP me sober. That’s up to me. NoFap, 12 steps, therapy are all tools I use to build my house. I can’t build my house with just a hammer!
I have to put myself on a short leash for my thinking. Staying aware of my thoughts and not living on auto pilot. As an example, at work I now get on NoFap for 5 min in the bathroom instead of tumblr. I do my very best to let any lust flow through me rather than fight. It’s just a thought. I have thoughts a day that I let go. Gets easier with practice.
Keep the faith. It took a long time to get this way. You are on the right path!
