    Going to think about what I want to achieve from the challenge beyond merely going 30 days without fapping. I remember seeing a video on you tube by a guy who managed to overcome his porn/sex addiction and he was adamant that in order to be successful you have to add to your life not take away. Thetefore, I think developing new interest and hobbies is the key.
