Not much info here but if I were you I’d stop watching porn and mastuurbating for a few months and see how you feel. My guess is you will feel better.

If you're experiencing depersonalization and derealization, quitting porn will definitely help, but that is a real psychological issue that simple abstinence cannot fix. We're talking about deep structural issues in your psyche that can only be changed by slow, consistent action over a long period of time doing exercises that can help bring wellness to your pathological psyche. If you're capable of taking that action, then you'll be able to fix yourself. If you're not able to take that action, then you need pharmaceutical help. There is no shame in using antidepressants or any other pharmaceutical medicine. A lot of the time they can give you that little boost you need to start taking action so that you can actually solve your problems.

Either way, highly recommend you speak to a professional. They can alleviate your concerns about getting on an antidepressant and can begin helping you fix those deep structural issues. Again, an antidepressant is only if you aren't capable of actually taking action. And I mean deep action, like plunging into your own mind and bringing up some of the beliefs and memories that are causing your mental health issues. It won't be fun at first, but it will become more fun and rewarding the healthier you become.

At the end of the day, it's your responsibility to do what you need to get better. No one can do that for you. There is no magic pill or magic piece of advice that is going to do the work for you. Even antidepressants just give you the boost you need to take action yourself, but you still have to take that action yourself.

I wish you the best man, I hope you find the help you need.

How do you experience depersonalization and derealization and how do you know you have them?

Man , thanks alot for your valuable feedback, i just register in the gym , i feel a little bit good , but the brain fog and dizziness and no emotions still exist , i will quit porn for that reason, i believe now porn is a very high stimulation we can't stand , i will try to make my life more productive.
So what i understood from you is not just quitting will heal me , but also to take action , not just sit and wait .
All my respect to you .

Yes , this is obsessive compulsive disorder.
You have a certain fear and get obsessed about it over and over , you slip into a vicious cycle
