U know what? Get a girlfriend. Literally get one . While u do that think of every single trigger that makes u feel that urge to jerk off. Learn from your mistakes and make sure those are forbidden in every way. Start picking up girls in the street no joke. U have to approach that’s best thing i can think of for loneliness. Getting a girlfriend while still heavily addicted to porn is both stupid and selfish. It's never going to work out and your going to waste that girls time.

Get clean first. Start with the basics, I'm strapped for time today so can't give a detailed response right now but check some of the other threads in the section, a lot of your questions will get answered.

This won't help. A girlfriend doesn't solve problems. You need to solve your problems, and be a great man, so that you can share your life with a girl who is also great. As @LeeUK says, depending on a girl to make you better won't work.

You've done many of the right things, but you have still no found the root of your addiction. Have you tried therapy? This is what I recommend to every addict — I would not have succeeded without it; but with therapy, I've done very well indeed.
