Do you get a minor throbbing headache?

When I realised I was edging every morning and lying to myself, I stopped edging.

That's when shit got real: I really experienced the withdrawals and I got a minor headache above my left eye. It was more a slight throbbing than pain. I didn't notice it when outside and busy doing things but when I'm at home and it's quiet; it's really annoying!

It comes back everytime I'm in a bad flatline. And once I woke up in the night with an intense wet dream and that area was very painful. I also felt sensation in that area when I relapsed and had a very intense sensation there.

It really scares me but it goes away when I'm out of flatline, and it started over a year ago and didn't get any worse so I don't think it's anything serious. My doctor didn't seem too concerned either.

    Do you get this?

    Yes.

I would say the worse headache I have ever experienced was in year 2 of my recovery. Some of the headaches were so bad that I had no choice but to lie in a dark room and wait them out. Once or twice I went to bed and woke up with them still being there. No idea what caused them but they did die down and get better as I progressed through recovery.

Ah man that's rough. I take it you were an extra long recovery story then?

Yeah I would say I am edging towards the end of recovery (I hope). But the headaches definitely died down to the point where I don't really have them.

I wonder if the headaches are related to dopamine?

Yes headaches are very common in flatline. I too had them in forehead region behind the eyes.
