    Hey all.
I think it is a common problem to most of us.
It seems that I always want to become my previous self.
There is some kind of "shadow" that follows me everywhere. Whispering.
It always want me to relax. To watch porn, to play videogames, to pass workout and much more.
    And you know?
Sometimes I miss that son of a *****
Sometimes I do want to be my previous self.
I want to be ignorant to my problems.
I want to watch porn and do nothing.
I want to be groggy and miserable.
I want it because it was something I knew.
It was something familiar. And the more I continue in my self improvement journey, it just seems that my shadow somehow always wins.

    Eventually I wake up late
    Eventually I skip workout
    And eventually I watch porn.

    I want to become better,
But I always somehow fail myself.
The shadow is always there, making me sabotage my efforts.

As long I continue this cycle , I will always fail.
So how do I stop that??

  2. It's simple, you just have to want it enough. You have to want to change more than you want to stay as/revert to a loser. It's simple but that doesn't make it easy, it's still very fucking hard. It's like what Rocky said, "If you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth but you have to be willing to take the hits." Are you willing to take the "hits"? (i.e. dealing with urges, working out when you don't feel like it, etc.)

just what a drug addict do, scape from reality. Keeping hymself in a confort zone that is slowly ruinning his life.

I'm not going to waste another day of my life with porn, are you?
