Right now I am getting back into weights and running. I have some races lined up in the spring and I am trying to slim down for those as well. Running a lot and regularly always seemed to put me in a good mood.
I did stronglifts 2 years ago and put on 12kg in 4 months. Really great program. Now I do Olympic lifting and crossfit.

I joined a gym, so I do weights, machines, body weights. Love classes as well like yoga, body pump and body combat!
