Does Nofap affect gyno?

I have a little gyno in my left nip and I hate it, does anyone know/think nofap can have an impact on reducing it? Ive had it about 7 months or a little more. Thanks.

I doubt it could influence anything. Get checked for breast cancer (it can happen to men also).

Might have to, hopefully it goes away on its own but drive it’s stayed so long idk if it is.

I don't think so. But I have the theory that excessive masturbation might make it worse because orgasm releases prolactin (personal theory that has no scientific evidence whatsoever).
