    Hello Forum members.

I finally got together with a lady. What a brilliant night. Made dinner for her then we watched a movie and went to bed together.

I had a rock solid erection. Due to a sexual assault she has experienced in the past, she was not immediately ready to engage in sexual intercourse. However we had fun that night. When we were both naked, she asked me to masturbate if I wanted to, however due to past experiences with PMO, I refused as I simply do not want to go back to old habits. She then offered to stimulate me with her hand, which she did to the point of orgasm.

He touch was so gentle and this happened twice that night. She has asked me to be patient until she is ready to have sex.

Even though this was her stimulating me, does this count as reset? I have just been wondering. Not that it means much in the bigger scheme of things.

No, I would not count an orgasm with someone you love as a reset

I'm with @kropo82 on this. Isn't your goal to have a sexual experience with a real person, ideally someone you care about? Didn't that just happen? I don't think it's a reset; I think it's a success.

    Do the next right thing.

    Ah ok.

Many thanks, I was also thinking as much. My confidence has been a long time coming.

I do not intend to go back to this destructive habit again.

  5. Remove O from your counter and you be fine. Though the Nofap benefits (like confidence) are tied to O. While one O doesn't undo them, if you want to keep them, you need to keep away from O (and casual sex as a result).

Nope. Not a reset. Lay back and enjoy that rub and tug. That's the way it's supposed to be. Just don't binge on that dopamine rush afterwards.
  7. You decide what your rules are, your reset thresholds, and your relapse definitions.

If I may offer an opinion. You mentioned a past sexual event in her past. If you are in the circle now enough to be trusted in that way, you may want to cone up with a way to share your own difficulties or at least get more opinions from some SO's here. I would hazard a guess that if she figures out this part of your life on her own the reaction could be extreme do to the other experiences she has been a part of

Good luck in your recovery and relationship
  8. Its definitely not my friend. Glad you had a good healthy time.
