    Hi guy I am wondering if this count as a relapse, I was sitting on my pc chair and I had the urge to M I tried to resist but I started to jack off for about 3 seconds and I stopped but when I did stop quite a bit of pre-cum came out does this count as a relapsed I am worried to me it does not because I stopped my self before I could fully release. but I am angry at myself now. so what's your opinion?

    In my opinion this is not M, and you didn't watch P, but take care of edging, it will end with you in relapse.

    Well like I said I don't count it as a relapse because relapse to me means doing it until you release but I stop myself in the first 3-4 seconds. and to be honest, resetting my counter will also demotivate me, plus I promise I won't do this again because it has shown me that PMO is not for me I don't want it in my life anymore.
