    Hello!!
    I am a 21 y.o Male.

    Am I addicted to porn?
Well yes and no. I have been PMO-ing for 2 years. When I was being busy addicted to watching TV series, or eating sugar; i did not face withdrawl from PMO. My issues run deeper then a mere addiction. Addiction is just the tip of iceberg. I am on the way to resolve this issue and don't want PMO to come in between all of this.(Don't worry it is not that DEEP a issue.)

    Why stop PMO?
It has affected my lots of 'could be' relationships. It makes me so tired that I can't go to gym which is adversly affecting my health. It has been affecting my academics and not in a good way. Over all it is sucking the life out of me.

    Strategy:
    1) Get all the sources out of way.
    Wifi has porn blocked.
    2) Whenever I have urges I will meditate. I am replacing my PMO habit with meditation. I am currently following the *** 'Tamed' Course. For meditation i am using Headspace.
    3) Accountability partner: I will have an accountability partner(moslty from this website).
    4) 90 day hard reboot challenge. PMO abstinence.
After all doing things changes things.
Your suggestions and guidance is appreciated.

Ask yourself what areas in your life are going sour. Make a plan to fix everything and stick to the plan. Not PMOing is (using your phrase) "just the tip of the iceberg".

The real issue is what is leading you to PMO: Is it depression? Boredom? Sadness? Unfilfilled potential?

Second of all: try thinking if you DO gain anything by PMOing. Yep, guess you already know the answer! Try reading this (read about it on this forum and the mindset helps A LOT): https://sites.google.com/site/SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION/home/preface

It is an "hacked" version of Allen Carr's famous book to help people quit smoking, just adapted to PMO addiction.

I wish you a great week and suggest you read the "SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION" at least once a day, really meditating on the ideas after each reading session. You'll be back on your tracks soon enough.
