Sitting idle is exactly where you want to be. You want the urge to come up so you can identify why it occurs. Doing work is always positive, but using it as an activity to block or sidestep your urges is simply delaying the inevitable. We want to be able to sit idly without the fear of giving into the urges. To have the option to PMO and turn it down every time. There is nothing wrong with relapsing as long as you learn from that relapse - this is what we have to realise. Urges are not the enemy and giving in to them is ok. Its giving in to them and not having an understanding as to why that is the problem.
